Full & Part Time Sales Associates

CRYSTIQUE GIFTS has openings for both full and part time sales associates.

These positions call for team players that have a proven record of excellent customer service. As our store specializes in unique styles of crystal and high-end fashion jewellery, an eye for fashion and flair for design will be considered definite assets.

Responsibilities
•Adhere to store policies and procedures (i.e. dress code, return policy, etc.)
•Greet clients warmly as they enter the store
•Educate clients on quality standards, product knowledge and proper care
•Achieve weekly retail sales goals
•Develop and maintain rapport with clients
•Follow up on after sales service and inform clients on events
•Follow up on repairs from start to finish and keep clients updated on any delays in repair or special order services
•Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store (i.e. cleanliness, quality of display, rotating products on display).

Qualifications
•Strong sales experience in a Jewellery or fashion retailer preferred
•Ability to follow instructions and cooperate with other associates
•Highly motivated in achieving goals and continuous learning
•Strong understanding of customer needs
•Initiative in soliciting clients and provide creative ideas

4. Supports execution of the floorset guide and the ongoing maintenance of a compelling visual merchandising presentation
5. Supports housekeeping and maintenance of store
6. Manages and resolves customer relations issues

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Demonstrates ability to foster an environment of exceptional customer service
-Demonstrates ability to optimize best at categories, i.e. bras
-Proven ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization
-Demonstrates retail operating skills
-Demonstrates ability to assess talent, coach, develop and manage performance
-Schedule flexibility to include evenings and weekends
-Previous management or experience preferred
-Projecting a professional demeanor in both attitude and attire at all times

Applicant will have:

-A combination of or equivalent to the completion of post-secondary education and 2 to 3 years experience in a similar environment, with prior management responsibilities.
