Objective
Develop Jewellery sales at a retail level with clients holding medium to high range spending power.

Ideal Profile
The ideal profile for this role is an experienced retail sales person, preferably holding some experience in the Jewellery retail industry, although this is not necessary. We are looking for someone who is very energetic, infectious and hard working.

Job Description
• Achieve monthly retail sales goals
• Develop and maintain rapport with clients
• Attend social functions within the community to generate new clientele
• Educate clients on the brands’ quality standards and products
• Meet and greet clients warmly as they enter the store
• Follow up on after sales service, follow up on repairs from start to finish; update clients on any delays in repair or special order service
• Adhere to policies and procedures established by the company (i.e dress code, consignment, after sales service, return policy, valuation request, guidelines for discounting, human resource policies etc.)
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store (i.e cleanliness, quality of display, rotating products on display).

Requirements
• Strong experience in Jewellery or high-end product sales is preferred
• Strong drive for results expected
• Commitment to improving talent, techniques and selling skills.
• Knowledge of the Jewellery industry and the local competition
• Strong understanding of customer service needs
• Initiative in soliciting clients, and developing new ideas and new approaches to increasing business

Compensation
Negotiated salary based on experience + commission structure
